Cancellation Policy

You may face charges should you cancel, postpone or curtail your booking due to illness, injury, inability to travel, weather, family commitments, or for any other reason. We politely urge all clients to ensure they are able to attend bookings to avoid facing a cancellation charge. As a courtesy to our other guests and therapists we have the following cancellation terms: -

Individual Treatments

Please provide us with a minimum of 48hrs notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 48hrs may incur a 50% charge. Guests who do not show up for appointments without notice guests may incur up to 100% of the charge.

Spa Day Experiences 

Please provide us with a minimum of 5 days’ notice if you need to rearrange your spa experience (this is inclusive of all spa day experiences offered here at Akasha). Bookings rearranged between 5 and 7 days of arrival date may incur a 50% charge and less than 5 days’ notice guests may incur up to 100% of the charge.

Should you need to cancel your booking, we will provide an option to change your date and rebook an alternative date at no additional cost, when this request is made within the above cancellation.
